American Pipeline Services and Coblaco Services implemented a project plan which satisfied confined space requirements while facilitating access for additional trades working on the project.   By working collaboratively, American Pipeline and Coblaco have helped Garney Construction save money, time continue to add value to project sites.  Garney Construction has enjoyed gains from direct productivity, best practices implementation, improved management efficiency, implementation of state-of-the-art processes and systems, and other validated business process improvements.
